Appointment time 45-60 mins depending on area being treated / No Anaesthetic Needed. We recommend to avoid alcohol / caffeine 24hrs before to help reduce the chances of bruising.
No Sunbathing, Steam Rooms or Saunas recommended for at least 48hrs after your treatment. Light exercise is permitted but its best to leave it for at least 24hrs as you may feel tired for the remainder of the day. Drink plenty of water from thereafter to ensure you get the best from your treatment by flushing out the toxins & stay hydrated.
